Abstract Submission

Those who want to present paper(s) at the meeting are required to submit extended abstracts. All papers within the scope of the meeting are welcome.  Before submitting, registration is necessary for getting a PIN number (Click here to register). 

Abstract format 

The extended abstract submitted to VJSE-2008 should consist of a title, authors' names, affiliation, email addresses, an approximately 150-word short abstract and a body describing the work in more details. However, the total length of the extended abstracts should not exceed 2 double-column pages. They should be in English (recommended) or in Japanese.

Authors are required to follow the  VJSE's manuscript submission guidelines and format the extended abstract as this Sample

Submission guidelines

Extended abstracts should be submitted as attachment via email to vjse2008@gmail.com  not later than August 15^st, 2008.

In the subject header of the email, please write Abstract for VJSE 2008 followed by the name of the author (in the case of more than one author, the name of the author who is going to present the paper) and the PIN number given upon registration (e.g. Abstract for VJSE 2008 NGUYEN Viet Nam - 0025).

Receipt of the abstracts will be notified by email. Submitted abstracts will be kept from being disclosed to outside until the day of conference. Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the proceedings of the conference and appear on the website after the conference.
