Who need to register? Anyone who wants to attend the meeting, including those who are going to present papers at the meeting as well as those who just audit at the meeting, is required to register with the Organizing Committee for ease of organizing job. Those who want to present their papers (in the case of papers with more than one author, the representative) are required to be available in person at the meeting on the day of meeting. How much is registration fee? FREE OF CHARGE. However, those who need lunch-box or want to join the Grand Banquet in the evening are subject to lunch-box charge and party charge as follows: Lunch-box: 800 yen (Children under 10 years old: Free of charge) Grand Banquet: 2000 1000 yen ( the left is supported) These must be registered for in the registration form. Charges must be paid at the reception desk on site by November 15th, 2008 What are the benefits of registration? - Admission to all sections of the meeting. - Meeting Kit (Meeting Proceeding, Guide Book) When is the deadline?
